Aliya Pinkney, PC
Licensed Associate Therapist
Growing up witnessing the complexities of dysfunctional family dynamics gave me an early, profound understanding of how these experiences shape our lives. These formative years fueled my commitment to helping families, individuals, and children navigate their challenges and break free from the constraints of past trauma.
My Therapeutic Goal I provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you can gain insight into your emotional experiences. I am dedicated to guiding you through the process of healing and restoration—helping you build a life no longer defined by past trauma.
I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment. My approach is a partnership, and I find it works best for those who are:
Curious: Willing to explore new perspectives and look beneath the surface.
Proactive: Eager to take tangible steps toward self-improvement.
Open-Minded: Ready to challenge ingrained habits and embrace change.
I integrate several evidence-based techniques to support your journey, ensuring we address both the symptoms and the root causes of your distress:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Shifting the thought patterns that keep you stuck.
Addiction Treatment: Supporting recovery and addressing the “why” behind substance use.
Relational Repair: Healing the emotional deficits caused by behavioral issues or trauma.
I believe emotional healing is crucial for repairing relationships and building self-esteem. I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward recovery.
