Carly Petroski

Licensed Associate Therapist

I believe healing happens in relationships- whether with ourselves, our partners, our families, or our communities. As a sex therapist, I create a space where the messiness of being human is welcomed, and where we can explore your relationships- past, present, and future- with curiosity and care.

My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative, rooted in a trauma-informed and affirming perspective. I work with individuals, couples, families, and friends as they navigate life transitions, explore their identities, and tackle intimacy struggles. I understand that relationships deeply shape our lives, and whether you’re trying to untangle patterns, heal from past hurts, or reimagine love and connection, I’m here to support you with warmth, honesty, and a steadfast belief that growth is always within reach.

Guided by an abolitionist-feminist framework, I focus on accountability, harm reduction, and transformative justice. I’m especially passionate about supporting those who have felt marginalized, misunderstood, or disconnected. My goal is to help you reclaim your pleasure, agency, and self-acceptance—free from shame or judgment. You are not alone in this journey; I’m here to walk alongside you.

Carly is a pre-licensed clinician working towards hours for marriage and family therapy licensure. She is supervised by Lavonda Handy, LMFT
