Annabelle Fuchs, PC
Licensed Associate Therapist
From my earliest memories, I have felt deeply attuned to the emotional experiences and sensitivities of others. I continue to witness how overwhelming and overstimulating life can feel as people navigate both internal and external pressures. In all of my spaces, but especially in the therapy room, my primary intention is to cultivate a felt sense of safety. I believe that when safety is established, we can gently begin to explore what feels less safe, opening opportunities for empowerment and healing.
As we build this foundation together, I am committed to meeting you where you are by honoring your pace, process, and needs. Therapy is not about rushing toward change, but about creating a secure space where change can unfold organically.
My approach is integrative and systemic, focusing on the intersection of the nervous system, relationships, and thought patterns. Together, we’ll explore how these interconnected systems shape your emotional world, lived experience, and sense of self. By deepening our understanding of what your mind and body need, we can build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop more intentional ways of connecting and coping. Throughout this process, we move away from blame and shame, creating space for curiosity, compassion, and a fuller understanding of both the messiness and beauty of being human.
Above all, my hope is for you to feel seen, heard, and supported in your wholeness. Together, we’ll create a safe and collaborative environment where you can slow down, listen inward, reconnect with yourself, and gently move toward feeling and healing.
Annabelle is a pre-licensed clinician working towards hours for licensed professional counseling. Annabelle is supervised by Lavonda Handy, LMFT.
