Carly Petroski, MFT
Licensed Associate Therapist
I believe that healing happens in connection—whether with ourselves, our partners, our families, or our communities. As a sex therapist, I create a space where the “messiness” of being human is welcomed. Together, we can explore your relationships—past, present, and future—with curiosity and care.
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed and affirming perspective. Whether you’re untangling long-standing patterns or reimagining what love and connection look like, I offer support built on warmth, honesty, and the belief that growth is always within reach.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and friends as they:
Navigate Transitions: Moving through major life changes with clarity.
Explore Identity: Understanding yourself more deeply in a safe, affirming space.
Tackle Intimacy: Addressing struggles with connection, desire, and pleasure.
Heal Past Hurts: Processing trauma to reclaim your current agency.
My practice is guided by an abolitionist-feminist framework. This means I focus on accountability, harm reduction, and transformative justice.
I am especially passionate about supporting those who have felt marginalized, misunderstood, or disconnected. My goal is to help you reclaim your:
Pleasure: Reconnecting with joy and bodily autonomy.
Agency: Stepping into your power to make choices that serve you.
Self-Acceptance: Living authentically, free from shame or judgment.
You are not alone in this journey; I’m here to walk alongside you.
