Join Our Team of Compassionate Therapists
We’re looking for therapists who are passionate about helping others heal and create deeper intimate connections with themselves as they navigate relationships in the world.
This position is ideal for you if you are looking to supplement existing income to full time income, enjoy working independently, want a flexible work schedule, or want exposure to working with a private practice clientele.
We prioritize:
- A relational, culturally responsive approach to care
- Clear expectations and transparent communication
- Clinician sustainability and nervous-system-informed work
- Community over isolation
- Leadership that values trust, boundaries, and growth
Our clinicians are thoughtful, grounded, and committed to doing meaningful work — without sacrificing themselves in the process.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Value depth, presence, and relational work
- Appreciate structure and clarity in a group practice setting
- Enjoy collaboration, consultation, and shared learning
- Are committed to ethical, culturally responsive care
- Are honest about your capacity, boundaries, and availability
We welcome applications from both associate-level and fully licensed clinicians.
Our Hiring Process
To honor both your time and ours, we use a step-by-step application process focused on mutual fit.
Interested clinicians begin by completing a brief screening form. As part of this step, applicants are asked to submit a 2–3 minute video introduction.
This video is not about being polished or perfect. It simply helps us get a sense of your presence, communication style, and interest in our practice.
Videos may be recorded on your phone or using Loom and shared via a link (Google Drive, Loom, or unlisted YouTube).

To support a thoughtful and equitable hiring process, we do not accept resumes or applications by email or direct message. All candidates begin with the screening form.
Video Prompt (2–3 minutes):
- Your name, license type, and where you are currently based
- What drew you to Truth Center for Health & Healing
- The populations you most enjoy working with (adults, couples, families, teens, etc.)
- Your ideal weekly schedule and what supports your sustainability as a clinician
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected candidates will be invited to the next step.
Candidates who move forward will be invited to interview and may be asked to complete additional materials (such as a brief personality or work-style assessment). These tools are used to support collaboration and leadership — not as pass/fail evaluations.
Scheduling & Caseload Expectations
Our model works best for clinicians who can commit to:
- 3 shifts per week
- 4–5 clients per shift
- A consistent weekly schedule
- Availability that may include evenings and/or weekends
Please only apply if this structure feels realistic and sustainable for you at this time.
- Appropriate, private at-home workspace to support ethical and effective telehealth services
- Willingness to participate in group meetings, consultation, and periodic team connection or bonding activities
- Engagement in shared responsibility and communication within a group practice setting
Supervision and consultation are required for associate-level clinicians.
We value clear boundaries alongside responsive care and shared responsibility within a group practice. Clinicians are expected to:
- Respond to client scheduling or administrative communication within 48 hours (non-emergency)
- Communicate proactively and professionally regarding schedule changes, cancellations, or availability that may impact clients or the team
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while supporting continuity of care
Licensure, Ethics & Clinical Readiness
Associate-Level Clinicians

- Clinicians licensed in other states are welcome to apply

What We Offer
- A collaborative, supportive group practice environment
- Hybrid work options (in-person and telehealth)
- Clear policies, expectations, and leadership support
- Opportunities for consultation, growth, and contribution
- A practice culture grounded in trust, belonging, and integrity
We believe honesty and alignment matter. Please consider:
- Your current capacity and availability
- Your comfort working within a structured group practice
- Your interest in collaboration and shared responsibility
Not every season or clinician is a fit for group practice — and that’s okay.
If this resonates with you and the structure feels aligned, the next step is our clinician screening form.
